says it was delivered and "left at front door" Is NOT at front door. Now I need to check all my neighbors to see if the driver delivered to wrong house. If you had included a photo, as most delivery services do, I would know which neighbor has it. Please start sending photos of every delivery. Thank you.

Too expensive!
Let me put it this way when you have to seriously consider buying a new printer versus buying new ink. The ink is too expensive.

Um... it's ink?
Nothing Staples does to the ink is any different than anywhere else you'd get genuine HP ink...so I can't vouch much for that. The retail store I work at uses this specification of ink in its printer which makes order forms to fulfill purchases and it works. Purchase
Natalie and Dawn always take great care of me when I am in the store. Natalie always says hello with her big smile. Dawn always makes sure my printing ink and paper needs are handled. She always talks with me about my work and makes me feel like I am part of the Staples family. Great workers!
