says it was delivered and "left at front door" Is NOT at front door. Now I need to check all my neighbors to see if the driver delivered to wrong house. If you had included a photo, as most delivery services do, I would know which neighbor has it. Please start sending photos of every delivery. Thank you.

I received a 962XL that did not fit my printer
I opened the box but could not use the 962XL. How can I get the correct part 952XL?

It doesn't work in my HP 7855 and I have nobody to return it. My kids are all out of town and I'm 95 and have no car.

A nice package of cartridges.
I would like to have had the Black 956XL rather than two 952XL cartridges. However there were none in stock this will work.

Great product-Too Expensive
I am tied to this product until I need a new printer which will undoubtedly cost less than the ink refills but HP Products are very good.

The delivery time was great. It was nice not to have to go get it and hope the store had it. The delivery company was great. We had a chair knocked over and he picked it up. Supper nice guy.

I have found the extra large ink cartridge lasts longer than the regular one. the price difference is negligible.
