says it was delivered and "left at front door" Is NOT at front door. Now I need to check all my neighbors to see if the driver delivered to wrong house. If you had included a photo, as most delivery services do, I would know which neighbor has it. Please start sending photos of every delivery. Thank you.

HP cartridge is fine
HP forces you to buy the HP cartridges; I tried both the generic and refillable ones but my printer would not acknowledge. Staples always has in stock; prices are fair. Coupons I get seldom apply to ink cartridges but I buy paper with them. I am grateful staples takes the used cartridges back

HP Genuine ink
I needed HP Genuine ink cartridges - HP 952 cartridges specifically. It wasn't an emergency. Staples had them online. I ordered them. I got the ink cartridges within a couple days and they worked.
