says it was delivered and "left at front door" Is NOT at front door. Now I need to check all my neighbors to see if the driver delivered to wrong house. If you had included a photo, as most delivery services do, I would know which neighbor has it. Please start sending photos of every delivery. Thank you.

phone Order with 30% rewards coupon store pickup was not ready in 1 hour as advertised ordered a 2nd a few days later by phone with 30% rewards coupon. 1 week later item being advertised for 40% rewards coupon. Can my Rewards account be credited for the additional 10% for the 2 purchases? Product is good but through no fault of Staples is a very costly item. Thanks ...

I use only HP INK in my HP printer to avoid any costly repair issues due to head clogging of a no name cheaper brand. The $2 per cartridge return by staples is helpful

Works great!
I usually print something in color at least once a day. This printer ink lasts. I gave it 4 stars because it would be a lot better if I could get the XL in color as well instead of having to buy it separately.

I would give the ink five stars but the price is still too high.
I like the reliability of the HP cartridges and the quality of the ink but I hope that someday the prices will come down. The price of the printers has come down a lot in the last several years so I keep hoping the ink will come down too.
