says it was delivered and "left at front door" Is NOT at front door. Now I need to check all my neighbors to see if the driver delivered to wrong house. If you had included a photo, as most delivery services do, I would know which neighbor has it. Please start sending photos of every delivery. Thank you.

Damaged product
I returned home this afternoon to find that my order had been delivered. However it was left out in the rain unprotected and damaged by throwing or dropping. Some of the paper inside was also damaged because of the condition of the box.

COST OF THESE ARE RIDICULOUS

i think i pay tooooo much for ink when this printer dies i dont know if i will buy another HP . i will have too look into other printers and ink

Excellent Customer Service
The product was fine (although VERY expensive). But the lady at the cash register noticed that I failed to get the right product (I didn't have the black ink cartridge). She helped me get the correct product.

Printer thirsty for ink
Output for new HP printer is abysmal goes thru ink faster than two previous HP printers. Perhaps the XL size will satisfy its thirst.

Excellent Ink Cartridges
These are very good ink cartridges. I have been using them for years and I do heavy duty printing. They last longer than I thought they would

Delivery ink and cases of paper.
Cases of paper and ink were delivered in a timely manner. Wish they would've dropped it at my office where the supplies should be. Instead of my front door of home.

Manipulative Product
The ink cartridges work. But how HP manipulates them to expire them and force more purchases honestly should be investigated. A cartridge that is 33% full one day is suddenly totally depleted the next without any printing occurring?
