says it was delivered and "left at front door" Is NOT at front door. Now I need to check all my neighbors to see if the driver delivered to wrong house. If you had included a photo, as most delivery services do, I would know which neighbor has it. Please start sending photos of every delivery. Thank you.

They work but Expensive!!!!!!
HP printer software rejects all remanufactured non HP ink cartridges so you have to buy HP and they rip you off

the black is an xl color ran out quickly on yellow. We really like the ink - it is expensive.

Good amount of ink.
Glad to be able to p/u so easily. I would be less than honest if I didn’t mention wishing the price was lower but Staples is right in line w/ others.

No High Yield at all in store.
Had to order online to get the High Yield cartridges. Would prefer to purchase the High Yield package of Black/Cyan/Magenta/Yellow either online (which states you have to purchase "In Store") or "In Store". However this package is never available in the Mt. Pleasant store.

I had to buy this!
I had HP color and black ink installed. Black ran out and I got an HP black cartridge and installed it. Now printer wouldn't print despite the fact it had been doing fine with the color cartridges that were still installed. I had some non-HP generic color cartridges on hand. Hello Dugald I think I can provide some clarity on what happened. I apologize for the experience. If the HP cartridge would not work it's either a cartridge recognition error or a defective cartridge. Sometimes reverting any recent updates helps if it is a recognition error. If it is a faulty cartridge return it. The non-HP cartridges won't work with your HP printer because they cannot be scanned and read by the printer. Sorry for the inconvenience. My only complaint is that the cartridges are overpriced. It is so expensive to keep ink in my printer and I don't think the cartridges are completely full to begin with.

getting my cartridge redemption info & redeem dates via EMail is too slow. Your store personnel should be able to give it to me when I purchase new cartridges
