says it was delivered and "left at front door" Is NOT at front door. Now I need to check all my neighbors to see if the driver delivered to wrong house. If you had included a photo, as most delivery services do, I would know which neighbor has it. Please start sending photos of every delivery. Thank you.

Cartridges are expensive
The cost of HP cartridges are expensive. They do work with the printer. Tried after market refills and the chips HP adds to a cartridge made most of the refill type unusable. The HP printer is cheap to buy initially but the replacement ink is almost the price of the entire printer. I will stop purchasing the HP printers. Excellent Ink Service
I previously had been ordering my ink cartridges directly from HP. However due to the sometimes "not-so-speedy" delivery I thought that I would try ordering from Staples. Any questions pertaining to my orders have been handled very promptly and professionally. Promised delivery times have been greater than promised. Staples deserves 5-out-of-5 stars!

Misinformation
Staples stated HP 956XL would work on my printer. We normally use 952XL. When I put it into printer the printer would not recognize it. I am an IT professional and Staples got it wrong this time. It only works on some models of 952XL printers not all. I even checked for bios updates or anything.

Brother printer forever.
I have had far more expensive printers and this one is for work so I use it a lot and it let amazingly well built and the surprising part is the length of time the cartridges last. I will always be a fan.

Ink is saying it’s empty
I’m not sure if I was sold an empty cartridge or it’s defective but my printer keeps reading low ink

Overpriced ink cartridge.
Yes this is the standard HP ink cartridge that is overpriced especially overpriced in Staples. It's probably the only one that will work in your HP printer

Excellent service
The cashier was awesome. She not only took all of my recyclables but advised me when to buy my next ink and searched for a lower price online and charged the lower amount.
