says it was delivered and "left at front door" Is NOT at front door. Now I need to check all my neighbors to see if the driver delivered to wrong house. If you had included a photo, as most delivery services do, I would know which neighbor has it. Please start sending photos of every delivery. Thank you.

Run away from cartridges
Just bought an Epson ink tank and will never go back. This was for a legacy printer and I hate it. HP made all non HP (ie affordable) ink cartridges impossible to function.

magenta seems to be lighter than the original colo
The context of the color seems to be faded lightly

Short fill - not long lasting
When I installed it in to the printer it showed up 1/2 full to start. I bought the extended for more not less ink. This is not the 1st time either my last ho had large capacity and it was this is deceiving. Yet another example of upgrading to something worse.

Percent off Coupon post purchase
Although the ink pack is fine and was delivered free of charge (was appreciated) we got coupons for 30% off of printer ink AFTER my purchase. Coincidence? Regardless it was aggravating.
