says it was delivered and "left at front door" Is NOT at front door. Now I need to check all my neighbors to see if the driver delivered to wrong house. If you had included a photo, as most delivery services do, I would know which neighbor has it. Please start sending photos of every delivery. Thank you.

Percent off Coupon post purchase
Although the ink pack is fine and was delivered free of charge (was appreciated) we got coupons for 30% off of printer ink AFTER my purchase. Coincidence? Regardless it was aggravating.

Too pricey
Don't have much choice when buying replacement cartridges but the are way to expensive. It's more than 10 times as expensive as gold by weight?

You can get a great deal
We looked at the price on the shelf. Then went to the order online kiosk. It was listed as $1 less so we printed it our and got the better deal.

we went for the colored ink in XL because cost wise it is less expensive. We also compared the instore cost with the online cost and did better there. Store will honor the online cost.
