says it was delivered and "left at front door" Is NOT at front door. Now I need to check all my neighbors to see if the driver delivered to wrong house. If you had included a photo, as most delivery services do, I would know which neighbor has it. Please start sending photos of every delivery. Thank you.

ALWAYS use HP ink in HP printers.
I have always used HP ink in my printer. Last month I tried a cheaper substitute. Within days the red color became pink. We tried cleaning the heads and every adjustment that was advised. As a last resort we bough a new pack of HP ink and after a couple of copies and cleaning the print heads again it was printing perfectly. Only HP in HP.

952XL INK CARTRIDGES
Way too expensive. Never dreamed I’d pay $200 for ink for my personal printer. However I do like the XL’s because the ink does tend to go a long way.

product works
A generic cartridge gummed up my printer. This HP cartridge worked fine. Won't try to "save $" with off brand in future as it cost me time and $ to return and replace defective cartridges.

no clot extends the use of each container

Problem Solved
Bought new HP cartridges for my 7740. Had a firmware issue (I think) that wouldn't recognize the new cartridge being full. Returned it to Staples they replaced it (opened package) no problem. The printer error issue is a but finally resolved. It stems from the printer trying to prevent non-HP or refilled cartridges being used making it difficult not to use expensive ...

Easy to use on our printers. I love the idea that you can switch out only the color that needs to be replaced when necessary.
