Difficult
You have to unwrap each individual printer cartridge and then open the ink with a orange lever that is difficult to do. It's a hassle and a pain Lots of other HP ink you don't have to do this. And the printer is also a piece of junk. Do not buy

First time we brought ink cartridges from Staples. Good quality ink no half fulled cartridge. Will go back to Staples again.

Did not work!
I bought genuine HP printer cartridges and they WOULD NOT WORK. The printer told me to remove and reinstall at least a dozen times before I just gave up. Very disappointed and will be attempting to get a refund.

Hi Anne Marie I am sorry that you didn't get what you expected from the order. I can understand if you're upset. First of all counterfeit and used cartridges can be hard to identify. It is a good practice to verify if the cartridges you receive are authentic at: hp.com/anticounterfeit Perhaps the contacts on the cartridge got smudged or are damaged so that it is not recognized by your printer. You can carefully polish the copper contacts on the cartridge (and the matching ones inside the printer) with some kind of lint-free material to get off fingerprints or dust. Oceanside CA sales associate was amazing!
I liked that the sales associate suggested ordering the single cartridge for my printer. It replaced a defective one that was sent to me by HP online shopping. Associate was knowledgable and friendly. The cartridge arrived next day and worked! Associate is the reason I will shop for all my printer cartridges at Staples in Oceanside CA.

More than a Cartridge!
I’ve been purchasing products from Staples since the store opened. It has always been my go to store. I replaced the yellow cartridge and it never worked. Ran the printer report and the yellow never showed. Wasted a new cartridge. The second new yellow worked

HP ink cartridge replacement
Faulty bad cartridge. Obtained replacement and faulty also. Obtained refund. Not Staples fault just a faulty product from HP.
