Difficult
You have to unwrap each individual printer cartridge and then open the ink with a orange lever that is difficult to do. It's a hassle and a pain Lots of other HP ink you don't have to do this. And the printer is also a piece of junk. Do not buy

Everything went good at Staples but when I tired to install the cartridges my printer shut down because I didn't use the online ink service offered by HP. Never again. I'll go with Epsom products from now on. HP has enough money.

Too expensive
All your toner prices are prohibitive but all toner prices are ridiculous. Great opportunity for someone to break the printing price fiasco and corner the market.

one of the black cartridges did not work. put the other one in and it worked. so now i am out of one of them. not happy

Doesn't last very long
Prints well but I'm on my third XL cartridge and first ream of paper; 90% of what I've printed has been done in draft mode to conserve ink as well...

HP910XL
The black cartridge was not 910 is was 902. Therefore I had to return to the store and after much discussion it was exchanged for a 910.

Haven't used it yet! Currently my spare for original cartriges which are about to fail. Terribly expensive and I'm not fond of the 8025 printer and lack of human service available.

Cyan not working- one star
Replaced the three color inks and magenta and yellow worked but not cyan. Machine indicates ink is there but it does not come out for printing.
