Difficult
You have to unwrap each individual printer cartridge and then open the ink with a orange lever that is difficult to do. It's a hassle and a pain Lots of other HP ink you don't have to do this. And the printer is also a piece of junk. Do not buy

Bogus ink
Have yet to see any of the non-black colors generated.. on the boat or shelf too long?

Bad cartridges
I always purchase HP cartridges but this time the ink is not working properly. I have cleaned printer heads a dozen times and all other troubleshooting available still not printing evenly.

Wrong Item
I did a search on line for the HP 8130 printer and the Staples site opened cartiridge 910. The correct cartridge is 930. I would like toknow how I canreceive a credit for the original item. The cartiges have been opened.

THE PRICE OF HP INK IS REDICULOUS!
I assume both HP and Staples have a combine say at HP ink prices in order for Staples to make some sort of profit for selling HP products. I think it is outrageous that you purchase a printer and the printer doesn't work properly unless you use this HP 910 ink cartridges. The XL 910 Black last for a fairly good time but colored cartridges run out very quickly.

Great for the price
It was very convenient to be able to buy it all in one with the xl black because I normally have to replace that first
