Difficult
You have to unwrap each individual printer cartridge and then open the ink with a orange lever that is difficult to do. It's a hassle and a pain Lots of other HP ink you don't have to do this. And the printer is also a piece of junk. Do not buy

Thank you for the Ink Cartridge.
I bought a printer from STAPLES and having a problem getting cartridges. I had to go into the store because I couldn't get on line.

Hi Donald I am very sorry that you had this problem. It is hard to say what is wrong. However it is unlikely that all eight of the cartridges are bad. First I'd check to make sure you got the correct cartridges. If you are unsure you can check here: hp.com/go/suresupply If that checks out you might have dirty or damaged electrical contacts. That can be a caused by even something as simple as a fingerprint. Carefully polish the copper contacts on the cartridge (and the matching ones inside the printer) with some kind of lint-free material to see if that helps the connection. If that does not help you can try a reset of the printer. Leave it on and unplug it wait a minute or two and then plug it back in. If nothing works I'd look into returning them. Not a bad product. I find it difficult to find the HP910 ink cartridges. Maybe hard because more people are working from home due to the virus.

I like it.
I like the fact that Staples has the color cartridges available in single packages. I use more magenta that cyan or yellow so I don't need to buy a 3-pack.
