Difficult
You have to unwrap each individual printer cartridge and then open the ink with a orange lever that is difficult to do. It's a hassle and a pain Lots of other HP ink you don't have to do this. And the printer is also a piece of junk. Do not buy

Hard to get
I do a lot of printing at work and ink has been hard to get for the popular printers due to so many people working from home and using their personal printers. I ran out for a few days but luckily Staples came through for me.

HP 910XL Magenta Ink Cartridge
The magenta ink cartridge is fine. Unfortunately because I can’t get the Cyan blue cartridge anywhere the magenta is useless. Big mistake buying the HP printer. Ink for it has been unavailable for almost a year. Big disappointment.

Hi Kathleen I regret that you found yourself without a cyan cartridge. That must be disappointing. We're working on clearing this up soon. While there actually are cartridges out there they are snapped up quickly. There are scarcities of the cartridges in some areas. This is due to a problem with one of the manufacturing lots of a couple colors and an increase in online orders during the holidays and the lockdowns. Supply just hasn't been keeping up with demand. By itself it's fine but you have to buy each color separately which really adds to the cost.

Bad ink cartridge received
I have had a major problem with this cartridge. It is printing pink instead of blue and yes the cartridge is installed in the blue slot. And that after waiting months to use the color portion of my printer. I am not happy!

Glad It's Back!
Staples (and every other distributor) had been out of HP 910 cyan cartridges for months. My printer was trying to compensate but copies were getting pretty "orangey." So glad that the stock came in. Thanks Staples.

I was really pleased to find out that they had their 910 Inc as they have not had it in about three or four months period the young lady that assisted me with very important and I was very pleased when I left the store

Ink Cartridge
We only purchase the XL because we seem to through the ink cartridges fast enough. So if anyone is trying to decide to buy HP 910 or HP 910 XL I would recommend the HP 910 XL.

HP 910 Multi-Color Ink
Finally able to locate HP 910 Ink I’m colors & Black — just as my printer was running out! HP Printer ink is great;however it’s been very difficult to purchase ink for my new printer! Very pleased to find ink as my printer ran dry!

How does one rate a product that is required for a printer?
I cannot bad mouth it because it works. I cannot praise it because it is the cartridge for my printer. It is the required product for a the printer I bought a year ago and I would be pissed if it no longer worked.

The Hewlett Packard & Staples websites said it wasn’t available. The Staples manager said they had it in stock. Very happy customer!
