Difficult
You have to unwrap each individual printer cartridge and then open the ink with a orange lever that is difficult to do. It's a hassle and a pain Lots of other HP ink you don't have to do this. And the printer is also a piece of junk. Do not buy

Online Purchase: Easy

Good service crazy price
Service staff did a good job. Product pricing is ridiculous. Will switch to aftermarket suppliers.

Great product
I like HP but I was taken in by the "instant ink" program. I cancelled the program since wa don't print very often. I was in the middle ow tax work and was booked from using the inking my printer. I bough new ink and was up and running. Not pleased!

Don't count on getting the estimated pages
The 910 black XL cartridge is estimated to print 825 pages. Don't count on that unless you're printing only pages with a limited amount of text. The reason HP uses the term"up to" is to cover themselves when people say they're not getting the estimated pages from the cartridge. HP ink is very expensive and unfortunately the model printer I have does not even allow me to...

Great ink pack
I ordered online and picked up at thestore.pleased that it was.i. stock and ready.when I got there. Had a deal going on which made it even better. No problems installing or with use.

no rewards
the ink is as expected but was supposed to get 50% rewards. Instead got no rewards. In the future will shop at the other office supply. 20% is better than nothing.
