Difficult
You have to unwrap each individual printer cartridge and then open the ink with a orange lever that is difficult to do. It's a hassle and a pain Lots of other HP ink you don't have to do this. And the printer is also a piece of junk. Do not buy

Love Staples
As usual ordering from Staples is very easy and they ship quickly. Being retired I do not need items from Staples as I use to when I was working in medicall sales but they are just as dependable as alwas.

This is too expensive
H P. does not let you use generic ink. It’s almost impossible to hack into it so you can use another type of ink other than HP.
