Difficult
You have to unwrap each individual printer cartridge and then open the ink with a orange lever that is difficult to do. It's a hassle and a pain Lots of other HP ink you don't have to do this. And the printer is also a piece of junk. Do not buy

The cartridge leaked all over
When we opened the seal ink poured out all over as if it were in under pressure. It was a terrible mess. We don't have any idea how much ink we lost. We were able to clean a rug and the clothes the ink spilled onto. It was a disaster.

Not totally impressed with recycling rebate
I started buying cartridges at Staples because their price is competitive and they manage the recycling of the spent cartridges. In addition when you return spent cartridges Staples will provide the customer with a discount on future ink purchases. However when I returned to buy more ink I was told that the discount only applies for so long before it is removed.

It’s just an ink cartridge. It’s serving its purpose. More important is the great customer service I received. The staff member knows his merchandise and could tell me what ink to use for my specific copier. Thank you!

Good Buy
getting a fresh start on an all 4 color replacement is great and I haven't upgraded in more than a year. So the expense is well worth it

HP combo ink
I would prefer a 3 pack XL combo of Cyan Magenta and Yellow without Black. The Standard 315 pages of Cyan Magenta and Yellow are pretty useless to me.

Your staff was very helpful in straightening out a problem. Replacement ink
I have ordered this product before and was happy with it then and I am still happy with it now. The ink lasted so long I had to go back in my records to remember what I ordered the last time. Very happy!

I have not been happy with the HP Printer in and how fast it uses color ink compared to other printers along with the cost. Some one is getting rich.

Went to the brick/mortar store and thankfully was able to purchase what we needed. Noticed that the inventory at the store was getting limited.
