Difficult
You have to unwrap each individual printer cartridge and then open the ink with a orange lever that is difficult to do. It's a hassle and a pain Lots of other HP ink you don't have to do this. And the printer is also a piece of junk. Do not buy

Good but...
It is the right ink for my printer and works fine. However this is a new printer and I have noticed the ink cartridges are getting smaller and the prices are increasing. So yes it's good ink just overpriced like most things these days.

Very dissatisfied with Staples regarding turning i
I have turned in ink cartridges 3 times totaling at least 26 units I still have to get credit for any after being a customer for 20 plus years I will no longer shop staples

HP printer now only accepts HP ink cartridges
Heads up HP inkjet owners! I updated my HP printer software online after being prompted to do so by HP and now my printer will only work if it detects inkjet cartridges containing HP chips. Replacement Ink
Since putting new/replacement ink cartridges in my printer I can now only print in black and white. I think it's a HP thing because this happened to me about three years ago on the same model printer. Unfortunately this printer is now out of warranty.

Hello Ken Oh no! Not being able to print color copies is inadequate. There are a couple of steps that may help. Check the printer settings to ensure the black ink-only setting is off. Try inserting a new color cartridge and see if that works. If not contact support at www.support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp/. You might also pursue a return if you can't get the cartridges to work. Best Ink Cartridges
They don't ever run or leak. Color is very good and XL last longer than the regular ones. I've been using these for years. Best buy.

Needed a replacement
I went to Staples for convenience since it’s close to my home! The staff is cool! I’d prefer to buy it else where as a 3 pack and get a better price on it!
