Difficult
You have to unwrap each individual printer cartridge and then open the ink with a orange lever that is difficult to do. It's a hassle and a pain Lots of other HP ink you don't have to do this. And the printer is also a piece of junk. Do not buy

It's as total rip off
Printer ink that costs more per ounce than a gallon of house paint. It's disgusting. I was an HP guy now I'm anti-HP after paying more than $200 to replace the ink cartridges. Vultures.

This product though being in an HP package was rejected by my HP printer for being an inauthentic HP product.

Expensive
I really like my HP Printer but the ink is ridiculously expensive. This product works as designed. I don't feel like it lasts very long given the price. I'm starting to think it would be cheaper to pay to print at the library. Not sure I'd purchase HP again due to the cost of ink.

Priced right delivered promptly
Ink is ink but what I appreciated was the way Staples provided extra cushioning for this and the black ink I ordered so that they arrived unmangled. Their price is comparable to you-know-who but the order process and delivery was much better. Thanks Staples for kicking it up a notch!!
