Difficult
You have to unwrap each individual printer cartridge and then open the ink with a orange lever that is difficult to do. It's a hassle and a pain Lots of other HP ink you don't have to do this. And the printer is also a piece of junk. Do not buy

Too Expensive
The fat cats at HP and Staples are charging too much for these pecs of plastic and liquid.

Hi Richard The root of the price comments is that you would like to get more value from each cartridge. Buying the XL cartridges is a great start. I also recommend monitoring the ink about each print job. This will give you insight into where you are using ink the most. Great home Delivery

HP printer
It's ok but not that easy to operate. I keep getting messages saying it need's my attention but I can never figure out what it's problem is. The manual is'nt too great so no help there.

Does Not Last
Very expensive and color barely lasts for 3 or 4 times before it needs replacing.

Hello Jeannie I read your review. We missed your expectations here. I think there are two potential causes. First you are printing many items each time you print including tables photos graphics etc. The second possibility is a long period between prints causing the cartridge to dry up. Hello Michael I want to address both parts of your review. I am sorry you are not satisfied with the product. Still there are many ways to fix it. Start by using black ink only. This method saves on color ink saving significant money. Print preview is another great tactic to save money. I would avoid non-HP cartridges as they don't comply with our printers.
