Hasn’t really helped me
I hoped that using this bed of nails would help my sleep issues, I have been using it every night before bed but have found no real improvement

I have had this for a few months now and I really like it, very relaxing, I use it about 10 minutes at a time so far and its just a nice relaxing product that works.

Loving it
I first heard about BoN through my roommate who brought a mat to school and told me to try it out after I told him I have always struggled with bad lower back pain. Life Saver
I have had this product some months now and bought it after trying out the pillow first.I have had pain in my back and neck for a couple of years now and, apart from sports massage, there is nothing else that comes close to helping. I couldn't settle never mind sleep last night but within 5-10 minutes of lying on the mat and pillow, I was fast asleep. Great purchase.

So excited to finally have one of these mats
I've been wanting one of these mats for ages. I was a little surprised when I first unpackaged it as it was smaller than I expected. This brand's full-size mat is about the same size as other brand's foot mats.
