Loses connection and stops
The Joy brings sadness. It loses Bluetooth connection mid-cut and either stops outright or rejects the media. What a lot of waste and frustration it provides.

Great size for any room in the house
I love the compact size that I can easily take anywhere in my home. I’m very happy to see the Joy xtra and the new Joy 2! The Joy is just as precise in it’s cutting as my Maker is.

Joy Issues
Your website is not easy. Had trouble connecting my new Joy. Your techs were no help. Very awkward to work on my cell phone. It will not work with my tablet. My other Joy used to work with my tablet, then it quit working with my tablet. Again cell phone is awkward to maneuver in your website.

Compact for travel
This machine is perfect to carry in the RV!! It’s compact and so easy to use with the laptop which goes with you everywhere!!

there's no JOY with my JOY
The fact that the Joy is designed for Bluetooth -only. Most of the time, there's an issue getting connected and staying connected. That's why I rarely use my Joy. I bought it for doing smaller projects. I'm having to use my maker instead.

The joy machine is a great starter .
Compact and efficient and easy to use . Very excited to receive one as a gift . Does take up much room and good investment if you are unable to purchase a larger cricut . The Joy is versatile if this is the only one you can afford .
