I saw a review saying you can't see the full address and was nervous but couldn't find envelopes elsewhere so I took a shot. They arrived two days later and you can see the full address fine. Not sure what the other reviewers are using for forms but my Form NEC's from Adams Business Forms fit perfectly.

1099 Envelopes
These where the perfect size envelopes for sending out year end 1099 forms, with return address window on the top and the lower window to show the address of the recipient. Perfect for a 1099 sized 8.5 x 11, which when folded in three, fit perfectly.
