Great work/gaming chair
This chair is great. I spent hours researching for the perfect office/work/gaming chair and this one fit the bill. It did take a bit of time putting together but it was fairly simple to construct. you get what you pay for
Got this chair a few years ago the arm rests broke pretty quickly they no longer lock, the seat cushion is almost entirely gone by now and the welding inside of the chair has snapped making the back rest no longer work.

Easy Assembly. Comfortable. Faulty Mechanism
Easy to assemble comfortable and supportive. However the pneumatic cylinder (gas lift) mechanism that allow for height adjustments will not hold. I have to constantly stand up and readjust the height of the chair. It's going in the trash tomorrow.

Not as comfortable
The Flash Furniture X20 Ergonomic Gaming chair is not as comfortable as the less expensive Emerge Vortex.

Great Quality & Easy Assembly
I bought this chair for my 13-year old nephew for Christmas. He LOVES it! He was able to assemble it in less than an hour! It’s sturdy, supportive, and affordable. If you are looking for a good quality gaming chair, but don’t want to break the bank. This is THE chair!

Comfy chair
This is the 4th gaming chair I’ve had in 6 years and it’s definitely overall the best! It’s so comfy and my back doesn’t hurt after I’m done using it! The quality is excellent and it’s very durable! I love the colors!

Love BUT
I want to tell you how much I love this chair. I'm an avid gamer so having a chair that is super comfortable is definitely needed. And this chair is so comfy and lays back pretty far. The only complaints I have was it was a pain to put together and the instructions were horrible what should of taken 30 minutes took over a hour.

Very comfortable
If you have long sitting hours, this is the chair you are looking for. It is super comfortable. The removable neck and back pillows provide great support to the spine and to neck muscles. Very comfortable and stylish!
My X20 Gaming Chair is a lot more comfortable than I expected. I love the added back and neck pillows. I have both back and neck issues so the extra support is a thoughtful addition.
