Purcell is a very affective product. It cleans well and one does not have use a lot of it/soap to clean well; Thanks for selling it at Staples… that’s my go to store for many necessary things…

The cap release is defective will not release to pump out. I will have to take the cap off and dump the liquid into another bottle.

I couldn't get the pump to pop up by twisting it so I threw it away and used one from the old bottle. Purell needs to make pumps for people with arthritis.

It doesn’t open
It does not twists to open and be used no working pump. No wonder it was on sale.

Great Customer Service
I actually almost missed out on receiving this bottle which was free. They told me they did not have any more. I kept going back and forth to the supervisor annoying him about the product until he told me that they just found more in the store and was able to give me a free one. So I was very thankful.

Love it. Keep it in my car.
