Great Little Printer For Day-to-Day & Craft/Picture Printing
This Epson Scanner+Printer is quite Versatile and Easy to use. The Size of the of this Supertank printer is good enough to be placed anywhere, taking not much of a space. The build quality is quite decent and doesn't feel cheap at all. It came with a protective Styrofoam hedges with packing tapes to enable that flaps does not move or pop open during delivery.

Epsom Wi-Fi set up impossible and paper jams
Very bad software. Impossible to use and set up for Wi-Fi with windows 11 I had to go out and purchase an HP printer. Easy set up. Also the Epsonprinter kept jamming paper

If I can prevent someone from purchasing this...
I purchased this in store at the recommendation of the sales associate.It has been nothing but trouble. I am very tech savvy, but it took four calls to Epson to get it to work. A very good basic tank printer: worth consideration
This is a very good basic tank model which prints with good color tone. If I had to do it over, I would have opted for the Epson that did two-sided printing, but this is an upgrade relative to my last printer in all but the two-sided copying feature.

Full Ink Pad means dead printer
I have owned two of Epson Eco Tank printers and thought they were great....very happy with them. But my 3 year old one stopped working and showed a E-11 message--Ink Pad Full. After going around with Epson Customer Service--it was cheaper and easier to replace. I got a good 3 years, I thought. I purchased another Aug 2024.....and I'm getting the E-11 message after less ...

Requires a Technical Genius with Eagle Eyesight
The display panel is anything but intuitive—and you need a magnifying glass to read it.So I have to spend a couple of hours getting a technician on the phone everytime you need support. The Asurion technicians don't know how to operate the panel either; they just send you videos to look at. Plus no one knows how to recycle the so-called eco tanks. I'll probably return...

Windows troubleshooting function helped get me connected
I had trouble with the set up and phone support didn’t help. Finally I used windows troubleshooting function which helped get the printer connected wirelessly.

Bad printer !!
If I could give this a zero stars I would . Nothing but issues since I bought it . Will not buy this again . The absolute worst printer I ever owned. Currently looking for a more reliable brand and printer . Steer clear of this printer . Waste of money and time. Had to have it repaired too many times only for the same issues to stay persistent

It is a terrific printer!

Initial Setup Experience
Just setup and started printing last night. The ink loading is easy to do. The setup via CD on my Windows 10 laptop stopped before updating the printer firmware which I completed after contacting printer to laptop cable at the Epson website. After that the laptop tried to keep reading the CD and never ends. Eventually I had to force it to stop and removed the CD. So far...

Can’t refill ink!!
Excellent printer until it needs more ink!!!! I bought the refill bottles and tried to refill the tanks, but the ink never comes out to refill the tank!!! I followed all the instructions and tips , had a member of the Geek Squad come and even he couldn’t get it to work!! Not a good buy!!!!!

Great printer
The results of the prints from this printer are great. Setup was a little confusing since the directions were missing information on how to work the screen on the printer was not explained very well. So I called the Epson help desk which got me going after explaining the screen use buttons on the printer.

Disappointed
My friend suggested this as the best printer she's ever had. I'm not having her experience. This thing sucks! It's only printing the test page and the last page of any document i try to print.

Compatability
Wow!! I love it. Although it took time to set up, the directions the printer came with were excellent. I was worried about wireless connectivity but it automatically connected to both my IPhone and my IPad. The best part is that I no longer have to buy expensive ink cartridges. Print quality is very good.

Streamlined but creates a nice copy
This has fewer features than my old (HP) printer but creates a nice copy quickly. I have trouble finding the "print button" so it's kind of a guessing game.
