Won’t stay in place

I’m not sure if it’s my fault or the product but I followed the directions and still can’t get it to do what it’s supposed to do. Hold Up!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great phone holder. Just won’t stay on my vents. I have a CX-5, so the vents keep going down. The holder does stay clipped in but because of the vents and the weight of the phone causes it to hang down.

Wait a minute ….
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This works well and actually stays put which isn’t always the case with this type. I misunderstood and thought it was a charger but you must provide your own charging cord so 1 star off for that. Easy to install and adjust otherwise.
