Doesn't last for the pric.
Bought this product less than 90 days and has completely stopped working. The power button started to go out and would have to press several times. Then completely stopped.

Disappointed in the Durability
While I love the suction and ease of cleaning the vacuum, I too have been very disappointed in the durability. The plastic collection section is very brittle. The attachment end began cracking almost immediately. Great for Removing Pet Hair on Fabric Upholstery a
I use the Shark Cyclone pet pro on my couches, stairs and anywhere else I can't fit my other vacuums. I have a German Shepard that sheds like crazy. Great handheld vac!
This is the best little handheld vac! Charges quickly and easy to clean. The warranty is amazing and came in handy when ours bit the dust after some heavy use. Well worth the money!

I bought this a couple months ago and thought it would have more suction and more run time. I also have a hard time opening the dust collector lid on it. I have to use a key or knife to get it to open.

Flawed mechanics
Mechanism for opening canister doesn't work. I bought this in 2024 and had problems from the first time I tried to empty the cannister. Never has released properly and requires a screw driver to open it now just so I can empty the canister.

Good luck emptying this vacuum!
Works well but good luck getting the dirt cup emptied. Advertised as 'hands free' emptying, it is anything but. Tug, pull, yank until it opens and spills all over you. Terrible design.

I love my sharks, just not this one
I bought this about 2 days ago, and I can honestly say that this one does not impress me… not even a little… I stand by my sharks, I love them, my boyfriend and I battle over who’s is better, he’s a Dyson fan, but this vacuum leaves me very upset. Pet hair cleaning pro! Strong and versatile!
My pet pug Benny leaves hair all over the place but this vacuum has made cleaning our furniture very easy. The vacuum isn’t too loud and strong enough to get those stubborn hairs out of the seating. So far it’s been highly durable and consist with its performance. This one is super nice and convenient!! Highly Recommend!

Poorly made & faulty workmanship
This handheld vacuum didn't even last 6 months before breaking. The plastic part where you put the attachments cracked 2 months after I purchased it.
