Why can't I give it more than 5 stars
This has to be the single greatest kitchen appliance (too awesome to be a gadget) on the market. My wife has used the foodi XL Grill every night for a week as a total meal solution just to test it out. It is amazing.we have a family of 6. 2 Adults 2 teenagers 2 under 10. NOT IMPRESSED. Wish I had kept the older one.
There is only room for five-5 burgers and not six-6. It is just a waste of space on the grill. I purchased to be able to do at least six burgers but it won't do it unless they are so small. Since I was so disappointed in that, the rest don't matter. It is a FAIL to me. I love Ninja products but they dropped the ball on this one. You have to let the first four cook a...

Love at first bite.
First time use, pork tenderloin medqlion kebabs with mixed vegetable kebabs. The meat was nicely grilled and tender. The vegetables tasted like they had been done outside on the big grill. Easy to clean as well.

Simply the best appliance I have in my kitchen.
This is singlehandedly the best cooking related item I’ve ever received, I use it almost daily and it cooks some of the best food I’ve ever had. Grilling=amazing air crisp=amazing there literally no use for a microwave after you get one of these. Just buy one you won’t regret it.

Thermometer doesn’t work
My husband Bought this as a gift for Christmas. The thermometer stopped working after two uses. I’ve only used it maybe 6 times total and the nonstick coating is already coming off the inside. Which is ridiculous when I take the time to hand wash everything. Definitely not worth the price point.

Well Made Product
I've had my grill for a few months now and I believe it's a good quality product. If I had any disappointment, it would only be that Ninja does not make a griddle top to fit this model.

Unreliable
I bought this a couple of months ago and the temprature prob e is usless. Called customer support and they tolld me to wipe probe plug. The couple of times it worked is was great, but that didn't last. Don't waste your money on t5this product that has potential, but is cheapley made.

Temperature and timer control will not work.
The temperature arrow does not change the bake temperature unless I press the arrow multiple times, the arrow. must be held down for 20-30 seconds. Then drops the temperature or increases 40 or 50 degrees. Then I must press, hold to finally reach the correct temperature. The timer will not change from 350 degrees. i loved this grill since the first day I meet it. Today I realize its the BOMB. com. I frozes a steak I cooked 2 weeks ago & I put it back on the grill to reheat it & babeeee. its like I just bought it from the store today. Great buy I always use it!!!

Control panel has a mind of its own
I love the way this grill cooks steaks, burgers, and chicken and the air fryer has opened up a whole new world for me. Hard temp adjustment, Airfrier button failed then
I bought this griller more than a year ago, at first the button to reduce the temperature is hard to press, but still worked if you were patient to keep trying. Then AirFrier button totally failed. Better Than Expected
Wow, this grill not only cuts down the cooking time, it actually is easy to clean. I am not one who likes doing dishes, pots and pans, etc., the grill plate, grease screen and drip pan is so easy to clean being that they are made on non-stick materials, I really don’t mind doing so; you can even line the drip pan with aluminum foil to reduce the grease and juice drippin...

Touch Panel Doesn’t Work
