Life saver of a grill!

I LOVE MY GRILL! I stay in an apartment and there is no way for me to have an outdoor grill so this just ticks all the boxes. I have made absolutely delicious steak and chicken on this grill and the thermometer helps with my cooking stress of overcooking or undercooking the meat. My Dream Machine

I LOVE this machine. It’s cooks everything perfectly, it is so easy to use and importantly easy to clean as well… it’s my dream machine in the kitchen.
I have baked brownies, roasted a small roast, baked lasagna, grilled ribs, and air fried just about everything. I have not used the dehydrator function yet.
The machine is excellent quality.

Love at first bite.

First time use pork tenderloin medqlion kebabs with mixed vegetable kebabs. The meat was nicely grilled and tender. The vegetables tasted like they had been done outside on the big grill. Easy to clean as well.

Touch screen button issues

I love this appliance, however I’m two years in and the touch screen buttons no longer work. I was hoping to get more time out of it, but I guess this one’s a done deal.

Simply the best appliance I have in my kitchen.

This is singlehandedly the best cooking related item I’ve ever received, I use it almost daily and it cooks some of the best food I’ve ever had. Grilling=amazing air crisp=amazing there literally no use for a microwave after you get one of these. Just buy one you won’t regret it.

Thermometer doesn’t work

My husband Bought this as a gift for Christmas. The thermometer stopped working after two uses. I’ve only used it maybe 6 times total and the nonstick coating is already coming off the inside. Which is ridiculous when I take the time to hand wash everything. Definitely not worth the price point.

Well Made Product

I've had my grill for a few months now and I believe it's a good quality product. If I had any disappointment, it would only be that Ninja does not make a griddle top to fit this model.

Unreliable

I bought this a couple of months ago and the temprature prob e is usless. Called customer support and they tolld me to wipe probe plug. The couple of times it worked is was great, but that didn't last. Don't waste your money on t5this product that has potential, but is cheapley made.

Temperature and timer control will not work.

The temperature arrow does not change the bake temperature unless I press the arrow multiple times, the arrow. must be held down for 20-30 seconds. Then drops the temperature or increases 40 or 50 degrees. Then I must press, hold to finally reach the correct temperature. The timer will not change from 350 degrees. awesome Grill

i loved this grill since the first day I meet it. Today I realize its the BOMB. com. I frozes a steak I cooked 2 weeks ago & I put it back on the grill to reheat it & babeeee. its like I just bought it from the store today. Great buy I always use it!!!

Control panel has a mind of its own

I love the way this grill cooks steaks, burgers, and chicken and the air fryer has opened up a whole new world for me. Better Than Expected

Wow, this grill not only cuts down the cooking time, it actually is easy to clean.
