Reese was extremely helpful in cleaning up our 2 PCs and installing MS Office 2021. We inadvertently bought and tried to install a bootlegged version when our subscription expired. NOTHING stresses me more than PC issues! He was kind and made our troubles disappear.

Not worth the money

Bought 2024 not 2021
Had trouble installing from your key card. It insisted I enter password for an app that I did not have. Your tech could not help. Had to go to D'Town Tech and pay to have it completed. They ignored your Key card instructions. I should submit a claim.

Works as expected.
Purchased mostly to get Outlook as there are low-cost alternatives available for Word Excel and Powerpoint. This is a download no disk included these days. It's too expensive (blaming Microsoft here) but the download and installation worked perfectly; everything went smoothly. No problems to report.

Wrong program loaded
When I loaded the program it loaded at MicroSoft 365 instead of 2021. I paid a lot of money for 2021

Confusing to Use
This software is confusing to use. I cannot find existing documents and cannot figure out how to add a new folder for new documents. I have used Word and Outlook; not tried to use Power Point or Excel yet.
