Not worth the money

Works as expected.
Purchased mostly to get Outlook as there are low-cost alternatives available for Word, Excel and Powerpoint. This is a download, no disk included these days. It's too expensive (blaming Microsoft here), but the download and installation worked perfectly; everything went smoothly. No problems to report.

Wrong program loaded
When I loaded the program, it loaded at MicroSoft 365 instead of 2021. I paid a lot of money for 2021

Office Home & Business 2021 Review
Had an older version so having to get used to upgraded features. So far not sure I like all the updated things about it, but it's better than what I had.

Confusing to Use
This software is confusing to use. I cannot find existing documents and cannot figure out how to add a new folder for new documents. I have used Word and Outlook; not tried to use Power Point or Excel yet.

I SURVIVED AN ***OFFICE TORNADO

Less Intuitive
These products work well. If you're familiar with earlier versions, transitioning is nearly seamless, although a bit less intuitive and not generally easy to find help or an explanation. The installation service from Staples was great.
