Returned product. Could not use on Windows 11. I wish I was informed you could not use it for Windows 11.

I had purchased a new HP Desktop Evny computer because my old HP could not download Windows 11, therefore thinking, the old 2010 Word Home student needed upgrading as well.
And while the two were at Staples for data transfer, it made perfect sense to get that done as well.
I am very pleased with everything and how professional the staff was. it was a great job done.

I had a time getting it to load, but finally got it to work. Think it had something to do with how my son spelled my email address and/or password. I changed the password and it loaded after that.

The standard in office products
I miss the unavailability of the professional version and especially the unavailability of a physical media and the fact that you need to connect your a Microsoft account in order to install it. When you open and save an existing file the software updates (formats) should automatically be made when opening the file rather than having to make a new file. (my understanding of instructions makes it seem this way, if not clearer instructions should me made)
