Great for keyboard and monitor risers.
My doctor told me I needed to start working some time standing at my desk. Since I didn't want to replace my huge awesome desk, I bought two of these, one for my middle monitor and one for my keyboard. They work really great. Must be able to tilt monitors
I love it, but make sure monitor mount allows monitors to tilt or tip backwards. A coworker wants one for herself but she has to get a different monitor mount first. I can rotate my computer screen towards the ceiling- not all monitor stands/mounts allow for that direction of movement

Great alternative to a sitting/standing desk
You have to get it just right to get it to lock in the right place and sometimes try two or three times. That's my only complaint. I would buy it again.
