Meets my needs
I was looking for a power strip for which each outlet could be individually controlled by an app on my mobile phone. The power strip itself would be connected to a local area network but this network is NOT connected to the internet. I was able to achieve this with the KP303. You do need an internet connection initially when setting up an account via the Kasa mobile app...

Work as expected. I am completely satisfied.
Works well. Can control with smartphone and Amazon Echo. Three separately controllable outlets is the perfect size. Integrated easily with my exiting Kasa App.
