EXCELLENT !coffee maker and company
I had a K Express single serve that stopped working. It was still under warranty. I contacted Keurig and was given clear instructions of what to do to get a replacement. Within a short time my new coffeemaker arrived. I was very impressed with the customer service of the company and will ALWAYS have a Keurig in my kitchen

WILL NOT WORK
First, I do NOT drink coffee or other hot drinks when it is hot out. So two years ago I had the K-Supreme and I loved it no problems. Then it got warm out so I stopped drinking hot coffee and I am not an iced coffee person. Did what was needed to leave the keyring on the counter for the summer til late fall or winter. Perfect upgrade!
Works like a dream, holds A LOT of water in the reservoir and offers a larger maximum cup size. It’s perfect!

Good so far
So far so good. This maker is replacing a 13 year old unit that was used daily. With any luck, this one will make it at least half that long. Like the smaller size and the 12 cup option.

Easy to use- nice and compact
Nice and SIMPLE and compact on my counter. Makes a fine cup of coffee.
No more wifi “can’t read pod issues” which left the “smart” brewer unable to brew coffee. That was a disaster. This model is a dream.

Happy Purchase
I needed to replace our icoffee maker that quit after 9 years of happy use. I’m glad I chose this K-Express, it’s so easy to use, doesn’t take up much counter space, and brews hot coffee!

Best design for smaller kitchen counters.
Exactly what I needed, perfect size for my smaller counter and gets the job done. The reservoir on the back holds all the water I need for each morning. Best design yet . . .

This one is much sturdier and better made.
Much better quality than the last Keurig I ordered. The previous one was cute (aqua) but cheap plastic and barely lasted a year.
