EXCELLENT !coffee maker and company
I had a K Express single serve that stopped working. It was still under warranty. I contacted Keurig and was given clear instructions of what to do to get a replacement. Within a short time my new coffeemaker arrived. I was very impressed with the customer service of the company and will ALWAYS have a Keurig in my kitchen

WILL NOT WORK
First, I do NOT drink coffee or other hot drinks when it is hot out. So two years ago I had the K-Supreme and I loved it no problems. Then it got warm out so I stopped drinking hot coffee and I am not an iced coffee person. Did what was needed to leave the keyring on the counter for the summer til late fall or winter. Color was darker than on site
Site should of told me that the filter holder was not included with the pot purchase .Had to order it after my pot came and i had to pay for shipping. My older pot did come with it .

Kinda Like It
Nice and compact but does not have a display as other machines to know when it is time for descaling and changing the filter. I miss this with our older model and wondering if the machine can be exchanged without its original box???

Nice Compact Coffee Maker
Compact & fast cup of coffee. However, occasionally the coffee grinds overspill into the cup. Keep top needle wiped clean after every use helps.

Good product
I purchased the same product 6 years ago and it stopped working so I decided to buy another one. If you don't have much time and want you coffee fast this is a good product to own. I am a little disappointed that the first one didn't last longer but 6 years is a long time.

Not hot enough! Replacement not any better!
Does not get hot enough- only up to about 175 degrees. Was sent a replacement that's not much better. Now, I have three Keurigs and nine gives me a truly hot (192 degree) drink!!

The very best
After having a very unpleasant experience with Keurig in trying to get a repacement for broken coffee maker that we purchased in April of this year, we called Staples for help. They sent us a new coffee maker the next day. I will not be purchasing another product from Keurig but will always be a Staple customer.

It quit.
Keurig K-express brewer quit after 7-1/2 months, keurig will not stand behind their warranty with out a whole lot of BS about trouble shooting. I was on the phone aprox. 3 hours with 3 different rep's (that could barely speak English) they all gave me the same story,we have to trouble shoot brewer. Great for Single Serve
This is my 3rd Keith coffee maker, and for my use the best. I drink one cup of coffee each morning, and with the K-Express single serve, no muss no fuss. I love it.
