Received Damaged Product And Still Waiting...
I purchased this product about a month ago, and it was delivered pretty damaged. Three of the four main exterior components were damaged, which is noticeable. The shipping package was not damaged, so I assume it was from the actual packaging. I contacted customer service, and they told me the pieces were on backorder; I am still waiting to receive them or any follow-up ...
