I am unable to lower the monitor as it does not lock into place. That feature was what I was looking for and the fact I cannot use it, is an issue. It is a lot more bulkier than I anticipated.

Underwhelming
The screen is definitely refurbished. It showed up rather dirty. It's a small screen and it works fine for what we are doing, but certainly not a performance model.
