Not as pictured. Cannot hang legal/letter folders
There is no way to hang either letter or legal file folders and no bar to adjust in any direction. All this is really is two shelves with rolling feet. Not for hanging folders at all.

Does Not Hold Hanging Files
The item was not damaged, but was missing the cross bar. It was easy to assemble, but the cart is too wide for letter size hanging files and too small for legal. I should have checked the cart height before I decided to make the purchase because it is not the standard height of our other file carts. I did not contact Quill to return it a instead I put a file box in it ...
