your product is great. the purchase process was great. when it was shipped i received it 1 day early, i was expecting on the day promised. making online was safe and secured. after doing so, i cleared my browser. good thing my email was info was hacked.google gmail said no unauthorized access was noted. all in all it was painless and secured. thank you staples. jason

Not What I Expect From HP
I purchased the above-named HP mouse on 8/08/22. Unfortunately, it failed on 3/23/23 as the scroll wheel ceased to operate correctly. This is not the quality standard that I am used to getting from HP! Disappointing.

Happy w/ corded HP mouse.
The only issue I have is that when I click on an app or file, I must yet press enter for the application to open. Still, the mouse is easier than the laptop mouse board.
