Missing ear loops
So dissappointed in this product. At least half of the box of masks only have one ear loop

Not as advertised
The exterior and face side of the masks are made of the black material. It's very hot and uncomfortable on the face. The box states the face side should be white. My previous black masks had white material for the face.

DO NOT BUY
As soon as you try to put on the mask the ear loop string pops off. They are cheap and not worth buying at all....

Lacking Attention To Detail
Sadly, many are missing ear loops or they are not attached on one side. The box showed up looking like it had been lost in the mail for a month... I had to take the masks out of the box and store them in a ZipLock bag because it was literally destroyed...I questioned even using them because they were exposed to the outer mailing packaging... They were full of dust debr...

Surgical Face Mask
Not as advertised. Nowhere does it state on the box or mask that they are surgical masks. Also, ear loops are poor and do not fit well due to lack of elasticity

Too big, lots of gaps
I have a fairly large head and this mask is way too big for me. I have to tie the ear loops for it to fit on my face and even then, there are big gaps everywhere.
