Simply Horrible Design
The extension cord is so thick and is hard to wind up on the unit. It's very cheaply made and very bulky and hard to maneuver around

Not a commercial vac
Didn't even last a year and we only vacuum two small rugs once a day. Difficult to maintain the cleanliness of the vacuum as well.

Great buy
Great vacuum has great suction only thing is that the attachment part is not long enough you still have to bend down. This vacuum is for commercial cleaning.
