Inadequate product
Why am I unable to buy any black ink cartridge LC401.I have done my research and ready to order the corresponding machine, but why would I if I can’t buy black cartridges. I have looked at four different places to order and all are out of stock. I need the machine now, and I can’t have it run out of ink with no cartridges available to purchase.

It arrived on time from Staples delivery. It's a great cartridge. It has black ink in it. It fits my Brother MFC-J1010DW perfectly. The cartridge resolves the printer's error message telling me it needs a black cartridge. It prints on paper. I am looking forward to printing 500 pages with it.

Easy to install
I also like the fact that I don't have to waste ink printing a sheet and scanning it like an HP. I will also say this Brother printer by far is better than any Hewitt packard I've ever owned. I had no idea that ink for the brother. Printer did not include tthe black ink. I had to go out and purchase a separate black ink cartridge.

Rate the PRODUCT, not the SERVICE
I was surprised to see low reviews for this ink because it is way better than most. I bought and Epson and if you didn't use it periodically (semi weekly) it dries to the point where you have to clean the heads with a Qtip. Not the case here. THE INK USED IN THE CARTRIDGE ARE MADE FOR BROTHERS EQUIPMENT GOOD QUALITY. DON'T USE GENERIC INK IT WILL DAMAGE YOUR INK JETS.
