The spots ink that I needed for my printer were empty, so instead of assuming the store was out of them asked an employee. she found one and when I explained I needed another she called the back and they brought another up front. Ink cartridges were $$$$
The pack of colored and black ink cartridges are too expensive, but we bought the printer at such a steal, it seemed worth it. It took a while for the yellow cartridge to get lined up right.

It is okey
expensive in its category. It rejects all compatible ink cartridges. provide less print than some other printers with its brand name expensive cartridges.

Ha! These run out without use
These do not print 200 pages! It seems the auto-checking/cleaning the printer does uses up the ink. I bought & installed these cartridges in Mar 2025 & now, in Oct 2025 they're empty. I guess the only way to disable the auto cleaning is to fully unplug it. Great.

No plans to buy from you again
Came in to purchase a printer. Sold a printer and ink. Get home and emailed you did not have that printer. Said printer charge was removed from charge card but not ink. Called store. Store said call service center. Center center said ink charge would be removed from my charge card. Ink arrived anyway. Hand to make another trip to your store to return ink.

Love these ink cartridges they work great and produce crisp clear images. However they are a bit pricey. "You get what you pay for" seems to describe these.
