Inadequate product
Why am I unable to buy any black ink cartridge LC401.I have done my research and ready to order the corresponding machine, but why would I if I can’t buy black cartridges. I have looked at four different places to order and all are out of stock. I need the machine now, and I can’t have it run out of ink with no cartridges available to purchase.

Quality control??
I installed this cartridge the day I received it, and it was completely dried up.

Love this color
I love the color of this ink. It’s so very pretty. It’s not your typical color of ink choice but it’s definitely one that I would keep on deck. It’s perfect for printing works of color
