Very unreliable
The keyboard is more mushy than the average membrane keyboard, which I don't think anyone would tell by looking at it. On top of that the keyboard itself is very unreliable. I'd say there's a 1/3 chance a key does not register when you press it.
The mouse worked pretty well at first, although the click itself is a tad loud for my liking. But about a week after using it ...

My new keyboard it’s nice and practical not to big not to small the only downside it’s that there is no light that indicates that the upper letters are on

Mouse has serious problem
I put the enclosed batteries into the keyboard and mouse. I had to use a hammer to open the mouse to get my battery back. The mouse is very flake.y

Key board and Mouse combo
My manager really likes it. The only negative is that the mouse goes to sleep or shuts down if it is not in use for a period of time.

Lightweight but key action not great
I purchased to use as a wireless keypad and mouse for my laptop. I like the thin profile and lightness in weight but the action of the keypad feels a bit cheap and the mouse is HUGE! It will work for this purpose but I wouldn't want to have to type a dissertation on it.
