Bad quality
I personalized a speaker for my daughter as a Christmas gift. On the speaker i added a picture of her dog. In the sample the picture looked absolutely perfect, but when I received the speaker the real live picture look really faded. You cant really tell what the picture is. Decent speaker, not perfect
I’ve had my speaker for over a year so it definitely gets the job done, but it has always had audio issues. From brand new til today it will randomly cut in and out even if I’m right next to it. I Bought this after hearing it while traveling. I am really impressed with the bass. It does not have an equalizer. I miss that feature.

Best speaker
I bought it from my dad for a Christmas gift and he love it and he uses it every day. JBL is a really good brand and I really like how you can custom speakers.

Excellent sound
Love my Flip 6! My old Flip 2 no longer held a charge after 11 years so it was time to upgrade. The sound is spectacular on the Flip 6! Bluetooth connects immediately and the speaker is quite stylish as well. I will be ordering another soon.

disappointed
Sound perfect but constantly disconnect from my laptop. I reset, restart but never work perfect as other brands. I will not recommend this product if you are using windows 11.

Heard music at a friends house sounded like the stereo systems i had in the 70s. ,no boom box could ever mock. .i had to have one. Brings me back. Havent been this happy w stereo sound in a very long time ,i love it dest ever

I would give this a five star rating but when somebody pressures you to give a rating before you barely even use your product I’m not cool with that.. So far I love the personalization . The product seems powerful

Disappointed ☹️
I bought this for my husband's birthday and it was well but the battery doesn't last more than 3 hours. I'm very disappointed because it mentions that it can be on for up to 12 hours and that's not true!

Thank you for your feedback. The published up-to playtime is the maximum battery time when listening at background levels. Turning up the volume and music with more bass will reduce the playtime, much like a phone battery when you brighten the screen. Please try charging your speaker to 100%, then play music at a low volume and without bass boosted. If the speaker lasts close to 12 hours, the battery is working fine. If it is less than 90% of the playtime, it is possible that the battery is losing its capacity. Please contact us for further assistance.
