Enjoy shopping at Staples everything is neat and tidy. Associates are very helpful. I can find the items I need and they are up to date on school supplies chairs tape recorders envelopes and everything I need to send out packages.

Recorder is average
Easy to operate but few instructions. Quality is average low volume even at max. I would recommend this recorder. You get what to pay for

Phillips Voice Tracer
The device works well; however the volume is so soft when trying to listen what has been recorded is so faint it is not worth the purchase.

Voice Recorder
It's compact and easy to transport but there were no directions on it's use -- Very difficult. Will work on it.

Confusing
This is the most confusing devise to use so I just gave up trying to use it. The directions are not helpful

Functional Voice Recorder
It’s easy to use. I don’t like that it’s easily triggered to record. Half of my battery is wasted on it recording inside my bag. You’re supposed to slide a side button and hold for two seconds to activate on/off but it seems to always be on even though I haven’t touched it. Also the playback volume is considerably low. I’ll have to see how great the playbacks are afte...

Poor product
Confusing directions that had to be downloaded. Voice volume level VERY low even holding it to ear. Could not get it to shut off following directions; had to finally remove batteries. Would not recommend at all!!

A Step in the Right Direction
The unit is useful but had I taken more time I might have chosen one with better volume. All is not lost as there is the option to purchase and use earphones.

Complicated Instructions
The instructions were written very tiny and the illustrations were not good. Finally went online for the full manual but even then they were not clear cut.
