Comfy, but ripping up
Chair is pretty comfy, but after some use seat seam is already tearing up and can snap at any moment. Very cheap material, the last chair (not the same brand) I had lasted 5 years, this one not even 1 year is already ripping up. Waste of money, DON'T get this brand so cheap!

Don't buy
The chair originally felt comfortable in store. Wide seat where u can criss cross your legs however this seat is very uncomfortable after a certain amount of hours. I regret buying this chair. Save your money on this chair. I originally had the hyken.recommend this chair if you sit for a long period.

Emerge Vortex Chair
Very comfortable and has a nice high seat if desired. My only complaints are the castors don't work very well. They are sluggish. The seat is so deep that I need a pillow to support my back.

Great Chair
Got the chair for use at my computer desk. Has lots of option and control for height and back control. Had back pain before using this chair, and it has been reduced greatly.

Good but not great
I’ve had this chair for about 3 years. I’ll say it was very comfortable and great for sitting in front of a computer 8+ hours a day. However about a month ago something popped inside the seat cushion. After undoing the seat I found that a metal bracket on one side broke and there was no easy way to fix it. What a chair.
I use this as my office desk chair. Finally sitting comfortably and no more pain. The best part are the arm rests raises so it fits under my desk.

Both Times Are A Charm
I bought this chair pre-covid and sat in it almost daily while I worked at home. Almost 7 years later, I needed a new and because I thought the first one was so good, I decided to get another. Was very happy to find that not only Staples still carried the chair but it was also on sale. Score! Looking forward to utilizing it for the next 7 years.

Great Chair at the sale Price
Chair is pretty comfortable with fairly good lower lumbar support. Rather difficult getting the back lined up and installed. As well the stitching on the back rest and the back rest itself is a little crooked.
