Great purchase!
Even thought this is a "gaming" chair I recently bought this for work. I needed something to support my back for long periods of time. I love that it is not too hard and that the arms lift up! this was a great purchase.

Side arms very cheap metal broke
I bought this chair and the side arm cracked under very little pressure, it was constructed of very cheap metal, and I wasn't able to find a place to get replacement parts.

Good chair! Just check the build quality.
Chair is really nice and comfy. However the build quality wasn’t perfect. It seems that the right side arm was crooked. However stapes has a 14 day return policy and since it was a gift it wasn’t opened till after the 14 days.

Solid, inexpensive chair.
I got this chair on sale and don't regret it. It's very comfortable and sturdy with height adjustment, tilt, and flip-up arms. My only complaint is that the arms are pretty high up so the chair won't fit under the edge of my desk without lifting the arms up.

Good chair with 1 major flaw
Overall all this is a comfortable chair at a good price. However, it has one major flaw. The tilting back armrests are an excellent feature but the fact that they do not go all the way back completely annoying. Damaged product
When it arrives they place it in front of my garage door where I wouldnt be able to open it. The box was damaged and after putting the chair together we discovered there was a broken peice.

Comfy, but ripping up
Chair is pretty comfy, but after some use seat seam is already tearing up and can snap at any moment. Very cheap material, the last chair (not the same brand) I had lasted 5 years, this one not even 1 year is already ripping up. Waste of money, DON'T get this brand so cheap!

Don't buy
The chair originally felt comfortable in store. Wide seat where u can criss cross your legs however this seat is very uncomfortable after a certain amount of hours. I regret buying this chair. Save your money on this chair. I originally had the hyken.recommend this chair if you sit for a long period.

Emerge Vortex Chair
Very comfortable and has a nice high seat if desired. My only complaints are the castors don't work very well. They are sluggish. The seat is so deep that I need a pillow to support my back.
