It's a webcam
Rubbish in anything other than bright lighting, microphone isn't great either. Nice and cheap though.

Works for me
I just got this webcam, and it's working for me so far. Both the picture quality and the sound quality are great. I've been using this for video conferences as well as making YouTube videos. I'm loving it

The web cam to avoid
This web cam was not a proper web cam poor image quality and the clip to hook on top of monitor poor quality not recommend I disposed of it to a bin that is the best statement on it’s functionality and quality

HP 320 Webcam
Per chest the HP 320 FHD Webcam Via the HP Website Australia a month ago. Easy to set up plug and play. Very easy to use, was a lot smaller than I thought, Microphone is not as sensitive as I would like but it works ok if you are doing videos up close. I recommend this Webcam as it is compatible with Windows 11

Good second extra camera for my HP Envy.
For the price and quick delivery not a bad camera, I had to fit on small tripod as the clasp/clamp not strong enough to clamp on any screen or tilt. I can say the video and sound ok, however this is a low cost unit I am happily using on my 3D printer.
