UGLY BOXES
The 200 boxes are UGLY! Someone left a review stating exactly what I am going to say, pls stop ignoring comments. Switch to neutral colors to match people's decor. Also your website is difficult to navigate. Step up and do better!!

Too thin. Too small, poorly designed box. Not what
I have used Kleenex for 70 years. It is now smaller and even though it says 2 ply it is now too thin to absorb a single emptying of one side of my nostrils. It also appears to be less wide than the original. 2 plates too thin to function correctly anymore. Also perforations on top of box terrible to open. Plastic slot is poorly attached, and difficult to get start...

Good and strong

Very strong and soft
Super soft and not at all irritating. Strong and thick but still soft. Very easy to get out and they dont all come out at once. Like that it is plastic free.

Highly recommend led
I love kleenex product because they are the softest tissue I ever had. I tried other brand and none of them are like kleenex. This tissue seems thicker and softer and doesn't hurt my skin.

Quality Has Changed
Have been using Kleenex brand tissues for decades.... I have allergies and most tissues make my nose red and also run even more. Within the past 6 months or so (since maybe mid 2024), the quality of the tissues and the boxes have changed. The tissues tend to come out connected to each other which ends up wasting tissues. They Saved the Day
The tissues saved the day when allergies caused a constant nasal problem while out and about in NYC. Kleenex has been my go to solution. The packets are small enough to carry several in your pocket/purse.

Trusted Care Tissues, no longer trusted by us.
I have been using Kleenex brand facial tissues for 50 plus years. Until now, I have always been a loyal customer. Your product of trusted care facial tissues have declined so drastically they’re NOT worth carrying the name Kleenex on the box. They are so thin that my fingers go through the tissue as I am blowing my nose. These tissues are no better than no-name brands....

Get the ones that fold open!
Wait, there has been a huge innovation in the travel tissue sphere. Kleenex’s new way of packaging tissues changes everything. These tissues open like a little portfolio. It keeps the tissues so fresh. It’s way easier to get them out. I’m shocked what a difference it makes!

Perfect for little noses!
Definitely keep these on hand! With the weather changing I’m constantly wiping my toddlers nose. I love how I can just use one tissue to be able to clean her nose and not leave any gunk behind

Please go back to better quality.
These used to be my favorite, but the last few boxes I’ve brought have been so thin, you need to use two at a time. I’m a Procter and Gamble shareholder and I always preferred these over Puffs. I’m now in search of a better product.

Goodbye Kleenex
Tissues are so much thinner than in the past. I might as well buy the cheaper brands now. Sorry to see the quality go downhill.
