Buyer Beware
I have had nothing but trouble since day one with this scanner. I bought this scanner in March. I have always had trouble with it but now I can't even get it scan anything.

Very disappointing
The software is too clunky to even list the reasons... I can only scan 10-15 photos before mystifying streaks start reappearing on photos and I have to wipe the nothingness off the glass again... Expected so much more for the price and specs. Brother is behind the times.

Not my favorite, but does the job...
It's ok. Nothing spectacular. I upgraded to the 3300 from my older 1500 because I needed more speed and was feeding more documents through. I got the speed, but I am very disappointed in the quality of my scanned documents. The scans from my old 1500 looked WAY better than this one. I had to trouble shoot several times with Brother, and the quality is still just me...

The Best
Brother products are so easy to set up and use. They also seem to work forever. We have stopped using all other desktop/group printers and scanners. They really are the best.

Efficient and fast
I like this scanner for its speed double side scanning and quality of the final scanned document. The WiFi and interface with a PC could be easier including the instructions.

More feed capacity, same great product
I started with the ADS-1700W, and I still have and use that scanner, but I needed more feed capacity. This scanner was exactly what I needed. It is fast and easy to use. I Love It!

The is not compatible with the Athena EMR software
Sorry I must return this item It's not compatible with our Electronic Medical Records software by Athena. This surprised me because Athena is very large and used nationwide

Brother ADS 33ooW
Happy with the scanning function Disappointed that the wireless feature will not work with 5Ghz network so I had to put my router into dual band mode and allow the scanner to connect to the 2.4 Ghz network. other than that I like the speed and the small foot print of the scanner. and so far accurate document handling on the feed tray

Very Frustrating
I wish I returned this right away been using it for a few months and I constantly have problems with this machine... Doesn't scan straight no matter how much I play with the setting or snug I load the paper the result is nearly always skewed. Also I'm not using the wireless it's direct connect but I constantly have errors when prompting the scan from my desktop even...

Brother ADS-3300w
Wireless setup was quick & easy on Win 10 & 11. Even single pass duplex scans fast & good quality. Can scan & auto crop long receipts and plastic cards. Can scan from Android and iPhone. Haven’t had a chance to try included software. Build quality may not hold up in large commercial office where it might be abused but OK for home or small office. 6000 page daily duty cy...

Iprint&Scan interface to local PC
I have used many Brother products and typically they are work well and the products are generally reliable. The ADS-3300W in order to set up the scanner interface to the local PC requires the iPrint&Scan software to be installed on the target PC in order to make the scan function work. Great scanner just needs little improvements.
Its wonderful, fast and easy to use, I have two issues though, one back tray is not steady it slips out from its spot when you load more papers in it, secondly its not dust proof, dust can easily get on scanners gloss, it has no cover to close it when not using it.
Also it doesn’t skip blank pages like Epson does.

I own two other scanners but the Brother ADS-3300W works faster and better with absolutly no problems.
